Origen Raiz Maguey Puma is an artisanal wild-agave mezcal distilled from Maguey Puma, a rare wild agave native to the arid grasslands of Rancho El Rocillo in Durango, within the Chihuahuan Desert ecoregion.

Maguey Puma grows wild in one of Mexico's harshest and most biodiverse landscapes — the high desert grasslands of Durango, rich in endemic flora and fauna. That rugged terrain and extreme climate shape the agave's character, and in turn the mezcal: an artisanal spirit made from meticulously selected wild puma agave, reflecting the traditional methods and the natural essence of where it grows.

Bottled at full strength (50% ABV), it is built for slow, neat sipping — a spirit to savor for its complexity and lasting finish rather than to mix.
